Tariffa
In materia stragiudiziale, indipendente-mente dal valore della pratica, applico una tariffa a tempo di € 180,00 all’ora oltre agli accessori di legge (15% per spese generali, 4% per contributo previdenziale, IVA al 22%, quindi complessivamente € 262,64 all’ora).
In materia giudiziale utilizzo i parametri di liquidazione dei compensi di avvocato in vigore (Decreto del Ministero della Giustizia n. 55/2014 e modifiche successive), con applica-zione, di regola:
- dei compensi medi per controversie di valore fino ad € 260.000;
- dei compensi minimi per controversie di valore oltre € 260.000.
Il tutto salvo conguaglio:
- in materia stragiudiziale con le maggiori somme che fossero pagate dalle controparti a titolo di rimborso di spese legali;
- in materia giudiziale con i maggiori compensi che fossero posti dal giudice a carico delle controparti soccombenti.
Fees
In out-of-court matters, regardless of the value of the case, I apply an hourly fee of € 180.00, increased by the statutory accessory charges (15% for general expenses, 4% for social security contributions, VAT at 22%, therefore a total of € 262.64 per hour).
In judicial matters, I use the parameters for the determination of lawyers' fees currently in force (Decree of the Ministry of Justice no. 55/2014 and subsequent amendments), with application, as a rule:
- of the average fees for disputes of a value up to € 260,000;
- of the minimum fees for disputes of a value over € 260,000.
All the above is subject to adjustment:
- in out-of-court matters, to the higher sums that had to be paid by the counterparts as reimbursement of legal fees;
- in judicial matters, to the higher fees that had to be charged by the judge on the losing counterparts.
