Fees
In out-of-court matters, regardless of the value of the case, I apply an hourly fee of €200.00, plus statutory accessory charges (15% for general expenses, 4% for social security contributions, VAT at 22%, for a total of €291.82 per hour)
In judicial matters, I apply the parameters for the determination of lawyers' fees currently in force (Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 55/2014 and subsequent amendments), generally applying:
- the ordinary fees for disputes with a value up to €260,000;
- the minimum fees for disputes with a value exceeding €260,000.
At the time of my appointment to the matter I provide, for the specific case, an estimate of the likely cost of the services, inclusive of all charges.
All of the above is subject to adjustment:
- in out-of-court matters, to any higher sums that may be paid by the counterparty as reimbursement of legal fees;
- in judicial matters, to any higher fees that may be awarded by the judge against the losing counterparty.
